OWCP – Hong Kong Beach Cleanup Event
With a team of 14, we collected a total of 112.25kg of trash in one hour only!
Almost 1000 individual items of rubbish were collected. Amongst the items were plastic bottles, foam pieces, polystyrene, lobster and fish nets, construction materials, cigarette butts, plastic food containers, bottle caps and a wooden chair.
Through this team building activity, we experienced the many benefits of beach cleanups, including teamwork, giving back to our beloved earth and facing the reality of plastic pollution.
